The outside tools your suite apps are connected to.
Connect your own Microsoft account once. After a Teams meeting with a client's contact, the transcript becomes suggestions in that client's file for you to accept or dismiss. Client dates go on your Outlook calendar, and each client page shows upcoming meetings and recent email with their contacts.
Sync log
The log keeps ids and field names only, never a name, a subject or any text.
Milestones, check-ins, governance reviews, Retain reminders and accepted follow-ups. Each client page has its own switch too.
Disconnect stops everything at once; events already on your calendar stay. To remove the suite's access in Microsoft too, use your Microsoft apps page.
Meeting transcripts and emails are read through your own Microsoft account, processed in your browser, and stored only in your client file. Our servers hold your connection token and nothing from the content. Privacy Notice
Connect your own Google account once. Client dates go on your Google Calendar, and each client page shows your Google meetings with that client, with their Meet links. Gmail is asked for separately, the first time you open Recent correspondence.

Disconnect stops everything at once and withdraws the suite's access at Google. Events already on your calendar stay.

For clients who meet on Zoom: after a cloud-recorded meeting with a transcript, the transcript becomes suggestions in that client's file, the same way as a Teams meeting.
Zoom keeps transcripts only for cloud recordings with Audio transcript turned on in your Zoom settings. A Zoom meeting goes to the right client when its Outlook invitation has the client's contacts, or when the client's name is in the meeting topic.
Connect the QuickBooks Online company you invoice from. The suite reads your invoices, payments and customers to show what each client was invoiced and paid; it never changes anything in QuickBooks.
Figures from QuickBooks are for your records and your tax preparer, not a tax form or tax advice.
Connect the Stripe account you bill clients through. The suite's Stripe app reads your invoices, payments, refunds and customers to show what each client was invoiced and paid; it never changes anything in Stripe.
The suite no longer reads your Stripe account. To remove the suite's app from Stripe too, uninstall it in Stripe under Settings, Installed apps. Open Installed apps in Stripe
