Merge old session files
Choose your old ClientBriefAI and AdoptBriefAI session files. You can add ConsultCastAI's My data export and ClientBriefAI's Clients backup too. They are only read: each client gets one client file in your clients folder, and the old files stay as they are.
Unmatched meetings
Meetings in the last 30 days and the next 30 with someone outside your organization that match no client. Pick the client once: those people are added to its contacts, and their next meetings match by themselves.
Unmatched customers
Customers in your books with invoices or payments this year that match no client. Pick the client once: the link is kept in that client's file and its figures follow.

Your Google account is connected, but the suite may not read Gmail yet. Allow it once and Recent correspondence includes your Gmail threads with this client's contacts.
